All payments made on Exysmart are final unless specifically stated otherwise in this Refund Policy.
Because digital memberships and platform access begin immediately upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds for:
- Membership fees
- Subscription renewals
- Platform access charges
- Startup registration fees
However, exceptions may apply under specific conditions described below.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund only if:
2.1 Duplicate Payments
If you were accidentally charged twice for the same membership or subscription, we will refund the duplicate payment once verified.
2.2 Incorrect or Unauthorized Charges
If you notice a charge you did not authorize, contact us within 7 days of the transaction. After reviewing the case, we may issue a refund if the charge was indeed unauthorized.
2.3 Technical Issues on Our Side
If you were unable to access paid features due to a verified technical error on Exysmart’s end and we are unable to resolve the issue, you may qualify for a partial or full refund.
Refunds are not provided for:
- Issues caused by your device, browser, or internet connection
- Lack of usage or dissatisfaction after services were delivered
- Change of mind after purchase
3. Subscription Renewals
Subscriptions may renew automatically depending on your membership plan.
- Refunds for renewed subscriptions are not provided once the renewal has processed.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges.
4. Processing of Refunds
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
We will notify you via email once your refund has been processed.
